FLORIDA DRIVING LAWS:
Speed limits: 35mph on Gulf Blvd, 25 mph on residential side streets, 15mph in school zones
Pedestrian have the right of way at Pedestrian Walkway Crossings, which have yellow signs
with black lettering. Some have flashing lights.
Drinking and Driving: Zero tolerance for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
PARKING INFORMATION: General parking information for beach condo's: If parking
spaces are numbered, they are assigned to a specific condo or apt. Your vehicle could be
towed away if you are parked in the wrong space.
WHEN RAINING: windshield wipers and lights must be on when it rains, no matter the time of day.
